The underage drinking prevention volunteer can choose to work within a specific area depending on resources and time.  Volunteer opportunities include facilitating Power of Parents workshops and training or assisting in the program delivery, speaking to students at area schools or assistance in the dissemination of Power of You(th) resources, working with MADD to implement Power of Community strategies, attending health fairs on behalf of MADD, participating in a local coalition and fulfilling other needs within the MADD office. 

Skills/Training Requirements: background check, completion of MADD orientation, ability to communicate effectively, comfortable with public speaking, reliable transportation and availability during school hours and/or evenings and weekends.
